Robert Ray, Richeal Royal and Lynsey Whareham were hired to source and attract qualified, diverse candidates to meet the specialized technical staffing needs across CorSource client organizations throughout the Northwest.

Ray and Whareham hold the position of Candidate Manager and are focused on identifying, attracting and recruiting technical talent for current and future client needs. Royal is Technical Staffing Sourcer and is focused on connecting and engaging with potential candidates regarding CorSource career openings.
Ray has more than eight years of recruiting experience, and most recently served as a senior recruiter for HCTec, LLC, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions. He brings senior-level experience in physician recruitment and senior IT recruitment, having worked for technical recruiting companies. Ray earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Whareham joins with nine years of recruiting and human resources experience, most recently as senior account recruiter/supervisor at Act-1 Group where she was awarded the 2010 Star Award/Western Region, and 2009 Employee of the Year award/Western Region. Prior to that, she worked for AppleOne Division as a recruiter. Her experience across diverse industries includes full-cycle recruiting and hiring, retention and personnel development. Whareham received a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Royal brings eight years of solid tactical staffing and human resources knowledge and experience. Most recently she served as a corporate recruiter with Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging Inc. where she received the recruiting team’s Enterprise Support Most Value-Added award in 2010. Prior experience includes four years at Express Personnel as an employment supervisor.
