Dr. Bitar has an extensive background in the field of plastic surgery. Having trained internationally and performed surgeries on every continent, Dr. Bitar attracts a vast range of individuals to his practice. Strongly valuing both patient education and peer education, Dr. Bitar is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). In addition, Dr. Bitar closely works with medical students from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, where he is assistant clinical professor, and has been guiding them in an internship program since 2007.
