Washington, DC (PRWEB) June 26, 2012
newBrandAnalytics, the leading provider of social market intelligence solutions, today announced the appointment of Susan Ganeshan to the position of Chief Marketing and Product Officer and David Murrell to the position of Chief Technology Officer.
“The recent launch of the new nBA 3.0 platform and expansion into new vertical markets will further accelerate our company’s rapid growth and customer acquisition. To help take newBrandAnalytics to the next level, we sought industry veterans with the expertise and experience to lead us through this critical stage,” said Sean O’Leary, Chief Executive Officer of newBrandAnalytics. “I’m confident we’re building an industry leading organization driven by a best-in-class management team, and with additions like Susan and Dave we have set the stage for rapid growth.”
Ganeshan is a software industry veteran with a 20-year, proven track record of bringing products to market and maturing them to market leadership. As the global SVP of Product Management and Product Marketing for webMethods and (following their acquisition) Software AG, she grew product revenues from a few million dollars to more than $400M, enabling the company to achieve its goal of one billion Euro ahead of target. Throughout her career, Ganeshan has led product strategy and managed global marketing initiatives with a focus on both revenue growth and profitability. Prior to webMethods and Software AG, Ganeshan held key marketing and product positions at leading companies including TPN Register (acquired by GXS), Checkfree (acquired Fiserv) and Deloitte Consulting.
Murrell brings nearly 20 years of experience in the design, development, sale and delivery of enterprise software solutions. Most recently, he was Vice President Product Development with B2B integration services provider GXS, Inc., leading the post-acquisition integration of RollStream, Inc. Murrell served as Chief Technology Officer for this SaaS provider of enterprise community management software prior to its acquisition by GXS. Before that he was Vice President and Chief Architect with Software AG (formerly webMethods Inc.), where he headed a multi-disciplinary team of architecture, usability, security and performance specialists.
“I was drawn to newBrandAnalytics because of its proven ability to turn peoples’ thoughts into actions,” notes Ganeshan. “I look forward to using my experience to drive the newBrandAnalytics strategy which, ironically, is exactly what the company does: we draw on social media feedback about customer experiences to drive the operational improvements that fuel continuous customer loyalty.”
Adds Murrell, “newBrandAnalytics’ transformed nBA 3.0 product suite is representative of the cutting edge solutions being built by the firm’s technology specialists. I look forward to working with our teams in both Washington DC and Israel to create and deliver platforms that help our clients get closer to their customers, build sustainable loyalty and drive their bottom line.”
