Back in Ancient China, some 3,000 or so years ago, at the time of the Xia & Shang Dynasties; a plimsoll (aka, cotton shoe) was born. Upon its birth, the shoe knew that a long and adventurous journey lied ahead of it. Initially taken for granted, it soon became adopted by Wushi masters for its comfort, liveliness and the flexibility of movement. Love at first sight, they became inseparable, and still are today. Over the years, the shoe traveled along with its masters, and become an Icon in its own respect. Over the centuries, all segments of the population were to endorse it as a remarkable piece of footwear.

In Modern China, K-fU has contemporized the traditional, with the re-birth of the plimsoll. K-fU is not only about enhanced fitting and comfort, but also about grace and lightness. It brings together the history of this cotton shoe with modern design and fitting. The use of original colors, hip fabrics and special prints gives a new taste to the traditional.

Yours truly,

K-fU the plimsoll
