Amica Insurance customers have great things to say about the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service they receive. And those accolades are reflected in the latest J.D. Power and Associates U.S. Auto Insurance Study, in which Amica was ranked highest in customer satisfaction among auto insurers in the Northeast Region for 2012.

Amica received 867 out of 1,000 possible points – which was 56 points higher than the next closest competitor in the region. It’s also 24 points higher than the score Amica received last year, when Amica ranked first in the J.D. Power and Associate 2011 National Auto Study.
DiMuccio noted that Amica held that top ranking among national auto insurers for 12 straight years. This is the first year that J.D. Power and Associates ranked its auto insurance studies regionally, rather than nationally. Amica ranked highest in the Northeast, which is where the company is based.
