Jean d’Or Nkezabahizi’s new inspirational book “Priorities: Choosing an Ideal Life” (published by iUniverse) offers to readers a cautionary tale about choosing the wrong area to focus on in one’s life.

To introduce his book, Nkezabahizi offers this parable: “A rich man lived all of his life considering his treasure (money) as his first priority. But, he was confused. This man’s choices were affecting his marriage and family relationship. He went through lots of counseling ─ spending thousands of dollars ─ but it never paid off. Finally, he came to know the truth and he was set free.”

In “Priorities: Choosing an Ideal Life,” Nkezabahizi walks readers through this narrative of his own life, showing how the decisions he made had unintended consequences on his family life and his relationship with God. In presenting this book, he hopes to help keep other people from going down the same path he traveled.

“In today’s society, we are living in an age of great economic uncertainty and instability,” Nkezabahizi writes. “Today in the news we hear dire predictions about a future economic meltdown, possibly even worse than anything we have seen in the past, families are getting confused and falling apart, many people are desperately trying to find the secret to a happy and prosperous life. This book shows how and where to find a true happiness and real prosperity and be able to live an ideal and successful life.”
