The cross Atlantic implementation serves as a model case study for remote CRM service delivery and for sales force automation relating to subscription based selling models.
The implementation began with determining HR Advantage business processes, primary use cases, and other needs through Intelestream UK partner SureLogic Solutions. HR Advantage next engaged in a Jumpstart Package, which began with Intelestream migrating and standardizing data from the client’s other systems. Due to the subscription based selling model used by HR Advantage, Intelestream enabled annual opportunities to be tracked on a monthly basis. Intelestream fully trained the HR Advantage team remotely and the deployment was delivered on time and on budget.
