Bluetick Inc., an oilfield solutions provider was recently chosen by independent oil producer Block T Operating to install the Bluetick Remote Monitoring and Control (RMC) system. The installation was completed at Block T Operating’s Gilbertown Alabama field and will provide real time oil and water level tank monitoring, providing production reporting capabilities as well as enhanced environmental safeguards.
“Being based in Dallas, Texas and operating a field in Gilbertown, Alabama offers some unique challenges”, said Travis Teague, Block T Operating’s Vice President of Legal. “We needed a system that would allow us to have instant access to real time production and tank level information to ensure the optimal operations for this field located over 500 miles from our headquarters office.
