Kirkland’s three-day summer celebration gives guests a taste of what the eastside (vs the west side) has to offer. From restaurant samples to grilling demonstrations and an annual grill-off to crown the region’s top chef, Kirkland Uncorked is the food festival to attend July 20-22.

Restaurant Sampling
Elevate your Kirkland Uncorked wine tasting experience by pairing vino with a true bite from Kirkland and Northwest restaurants inside the Tasting Garden. These scrumptious tastes are included with the price of admission. A few of the restaurants providing bites throughout the weekend include Anthony’s Homeport Kirkland, George’s Place, Purple Café, and Brix Wine Café.

Grilling Demonstrations
Learn grilling tips from the pros at the Kirkland Uncorked grilling demonstrations. Taking place inside the Tasting Garden with Lake Washington as the backdrop, chefs will share their signature recipes and cooking secrets.

Annual Grill-Off
On Saturday at 5:00pm, watch three of the regions top chefs, donned in red chef jackets in honor of festival beneficiary the Hope Heart Institute, face off in the highly anticipated grill-off in the Tasting Garden. Throughout the weekend, learn grilling tips from the pros at the Kirkland Uncorked grilling demonstrations. With Lake Washington as the backdrop, chefs will share their signature recipes and cooking secrets.

It’s a battle for the taste buds with two food festivals July 20-22, but all for a good cause, with both events benefiting the Hope Heart Institute.
