Three days after it started, the Waldo Canyon Fire in Colorado Springs kept on spreading, said a report from reuters.com. According to it, in just overnight, the wildfire doubled in size. GreenBeanBuddy.com commented that the said natural disaster is all because of global warming.

The wildfire already consumed 15,375 acres, said the report. It detailed that on Tuesday afternoon, it burned about 9,000 acres.
Based on the report, only 5 percent of the fire was contained as of Wednesday. About 32,000 people were also forced out of their houses, it was said.
To stop the raging blaze, cargo planes were already dropping flame-retardant chemicals on the wildfire, related the report. It added that the military was also preparing more helicopters to help with the firefight effort.
