Local Denver dating service Great Expectations, just received the Dating Service of the Year Award. The award was based on national client feedback and quality of service. Brooke Ott, the Denver Great Expectations Member Services Manager, said “I think it’s nice to know that when you call us up, an actual person answers the phone and is there to help you in every way. Most online dating sites don’t even have a contact telephone number.”

With multinational conglomerates seemingly taking over the “mom and pop” small businesses, it’s nice to hear about a company that still cares and goes above and beyond. The Denver Great Expectations center received the most positive client feedback of any other in the United States. The handwritten notes, thank you cards, and emails were carefully tallied, verified and calculated and the Denver office far exceeded any other service of its kind.

“We take the quality of the Membership personally. These people become friends of ours and we honor the fact that they have put their faith in us,” said Hirsch.

That statement is evidenced in the sheer amount of glowing feedback and in specific comments from their members.
