The latest WyckWyre survey of more than 750 of its customers showed 47.4% of them are saving between 1-4 hours per hire by using WyckWyre's recruiting system. More than $14,400 was saved annually in hiring costs due to manpower reduction according to quick-service restaurant reports, based on the average-sized WyckWyre customer. Fast-casual and casual restaurants report saving even more by using WyckWyre, based on their larger workforces and higher recruiting volume.

“No matter if you're a single unit independent restaurant, or a several-hundred unit franchisee, these time savings equal significant cost savings for anyone who is using an efficient recruiting system like WyckWyre,” Lisa DiVirgilio, Director of Business Development for WyckWyre, said.

Given the high average turnover rate of the restaurant industry, saving time during the process and finding quality applicants will help restaurateurs reduce their turnover and also reduce the cost that is associated with their hiring methods.

“I really enjoy the pre-screening interview. This helps me save a lot of time by not interviewing un-qualified candidates,” a Wendy's hiring manager and survey respondent stated.

WyckWyre reduces the time spent seeking quality workers by advertising and monitoring all positions on major US job boards; including Indeed.com, SimplyHired.com, Craigslist and social media networks. Pre-screening questions both in yes/no form and written-response form are tailored specifically toward the restaurant/hospitality industry, helping hiring managers focus on the most qualified applicants for open positions immediately. The applicant tracking system's Customer Success Department then monitors employers live postings, ensuring they receive quality traffic and quality applicants.

“With WyckWyre, you can now save time and find better quality applicants in your hiring process. These benefits add up to real cost savings,” DiVirgilio said.

WyckWyre is the applicant tracking system created specifically for the restaurant and hospitality industry. The hiring system recruits both hourly and management employees by advertising positions for employers and pre-screening all applicants. The system also provides access to a suite of additional services; including I-9/EVerify, tax credit screening, background checks and much more.
