Pet Tag

MyPetInfo911, a leader in the development of Pet Emergency ID products, is proud to introduce an innovative new product to further assist pet owners in locating missing pets. At the heart of the MyPetInfo911 Emergency ID program is the special ID tag placed on the pet's collar. The tag features the state of the art Quick Response (QR) Code, which when scanned by an ordinary smart phone, allows the finder of an unknown pet to access information useful in visually identifying the pet, locating and automatically notifying its owner, and even providing critical medical information on the pet if needed for emergency care. In addition, GPS mapping is provided to assist the owner in getting to the precise location where the code was scanned.

Invaluable as this new technology is, MyPetInfo911 realized that pet owners want to do even more than wait for someone to find the pet and scan the Pet ID tag. The MyPetInfo911 Key Tag allows the owner to be more proactive in the search for the missing pet. The key tag has a "panic button" feature which allows the owner to input information such as when the pet disappeared, where the pet was last seen, and any other petinent information the owner feels will be helpful in locating the pet. When activated, this "panic button" feature allows for instant email notification of shelters and / or organizations the owner has designated to assist in the search for the missing pet. To use this feature, simply type the URL provided on the Key Tag into any search engine. Type the code "911" when asked for a security pin, and a special panic screen will be enabled for the owner to type the pertinent information, such as, where the pet was last seen, or if the pet has any conditions that need immediate concern, and click "send".
