Alpine Tavern Celebrates the Wedding of Allison Schaub and Sal DiRosa

East Vail, CO July 7, 2012: Sal and Allison’s wedding reception will be held at the Alpine Tavern beginning at 3:30 PM, following their wedding ceremony at Beaver Creek Chapel.

Sal and Allison met skiing at Keystone resort on February 7, 2009. They were introduced through Cary, a good friend and groomsman. Sal and Allison remained friends until September of that year when they reconnected while mountain biking together. They have been a couple ever since.

Allison knew Sal was the sweetest man and boyfriend when he took care of her during two knee surgeries and the ups and downs of life. In September of 2010 they bought a home together in the Washington Park, a neighborhood of Denver.
They are excited to start the next phase of their lives together in Colorado.

Scott Kneeland, restaurant manager and sommelier, spent his spring searching for new wines that will make excellent pairings with the flavors of summer at the Alpine Tavern. “Alpine’s wine cellar presents wonderful choices including reasonably priced Napa, Sonoma, Italian, and other international wines perfect for your special celebrations”, Kneeland says.
