O'Donnell brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the software and services industries, having held consulting and services management positions early in his career at companies including Oracle, Forte Software, and Vitria Technology. He joins Tracker from WageWorks. Inc, where he was co-founder and CTO over the first 9 years of the company’s history, and most recently ran a significant line of business as the SVP and General Manager of Commuter Services. During his tenure, WageWorks grew into a recognized industry leader in consumer directed benefits, serving thousands of customers nationwide on a highly scalable, highly reliable operational platform.
