LivingSenior.com, a senior living site devoted to the Baby Boomer generation, will debut their video series this week on YouTube. The weekly series will cover basic topics in senior living and care as well as current topics effecting the senior living community as a whole. “The face of senior living is changing and in order to know what the best options are, you have to keep up with the facts. This video series is designed to offer straightforward, unbiased and all-inclusive information to seniors,” says James Connolly.
The first edition of this weekly series, “What to Know About Assisted Living,” will act as a guide for seniors and their loved ones. The video guide will cover what assisted living is, the types of assisted living care, costs, financial options and what to ask during a tour of an assisted living community. In the following weeks the video series will tackle topics such as finding the right senior community, preparing for the costs of senior living, memory loss care, home health care and other related topics.
“We want people to be understand the full scope of their options. We want them to know what to ask, what to look for and how to find the right care for their situation. Everyone is different and every senior lifestyle is different. Finding the right personalized community to fit those differences is vital for the well-being of not only seniors but also their loved ones,” states Megan Coogle.
