Dee Donatelli Joins Hayes, Inc. as Sr. Vice President, Provider Services

Will lead development and delivery of new products and services for hospitals and healthcare systems

Dr. Wini Hayes, President and CEO of Hayes, Inc., a research and consulting firm dedicated to improving the quality and value of healthcare through the use of evidence, is pleased to announce the addition of Ms. Dee Donatelli, RN, BSN, MBA, to the executive team effective July 1, 2012. As Sr. Vice President, Provider Services, Ms. Donatelli will be responsible for providing innovation, leadership, and direction in the growth and expansion of products and consulting services in the provider sector.

“Dee has the expertise in supply chain cost reduction and value analysis that Hayes needs to develop new resources and services that will help hospitals use evidence to achieve sustainable cost savings and optimize value-based purchasing incentives,” states Dr. Hayes.

Ms. Donatelli, who holds a Master of Business Administration and Management from Webster University and a BSN from St. Mary’s of the Plains, is a Certified Material Resource Professional (CMRP) and a Fellow of the Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management (AHRMM). She was recently appointed president-elect of the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP). For 7 years prior to joining Hayes, she was Vice President of Performance Services at VHA, Inc. where she provided executive leadership and direction for VHA’s consulting services, including Clinical Quality Value Analysis.
