DuraLogic and Next Level Cafe, two Minneapolis-St Paul metro area technology leaders, merge to become Imagine IT - an IT management and cloud solutions provider for small and mid-sized businesses in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul, MN metro area.

“We have the opportunity to enhance our client experience and build a company based on that commitment to excellence; we are extremely excited about the future,” says Richard Anderson the company’s new CEO.

DuraLogic, Inc., headquartered in Saint Paul, MN, and Next Level Cafe, Inc., headquartered in Burnsville, MN, successfully completed a merger of the two companies, effective June 1, 2012. Under this agreement, the principal of Next Level Cafe (Richard Anderson) joined the principles at DuraLogic (Peter Durand and Marc Miller) to become equity members of the new entity, Imagine IT, Inc.

The combined resources, expertise, and experience of the consolidated company will enable Imagine IT to better adapt to emerging technology trends and deliver stellar technology solutions to their client base.

Imagine IT brings new levels of service and expertise to the Twin Cities business community. Imagine IT will now offer several different cloud solutions to business customers across the Twin Cities. These cloud solutions coupled with their IT Managed Services skills will allow the newly formed company to serve the needs of the rapidly changing business environment in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro area.

With this consolidation, Imagine IT will realign the executive leadership roles to better serve their larger client base. Peter Durand (DuraLogic, Inc.) will act as the Chief Operations Officer, evaluating new technologies and identifying ways in which to deliver such technologies; Richard Anderson (Next Level Cafe) will act as the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring quality systems throughout the new entity and managing the financial aspects of the company; Marc Miller (DuraLogic) will act as the Chief Business Development Officer, managing the sales team and developing new business opportunities. The specialization of the executive leadership team creates a growth oriented, sustainable leadership structure.

“This merger makes tremendous sense for our clients, staff and vendors. Our clients will benefit from a wider pool of resources, each with unique industry and business experience; our staff will be afforded the opportunity to grow professionally with the organization by taking advantage of educational opportunities; our vendors will have a renewed commitment to ensuring we can apply their solutions in an effective and efficient manner thus improving the customer experience,” says Peter Durand, DuraLogic Principal. “We have the opportunity to enhance our client experience and build a company based on that commitment to excellence; we are extremely excited about the future,” says Richard Anderson the company’s new CEO.

With the execution of this strategic move, Imagine IT is positioned as one of the most diverse, and most stable, technology companies that will service the small to medium sized business organizations in the Twin Cities metro area.

To accommodate the continued growth and development, Imagine IT will be relocating to a new consolidated office space on August 1, 2012. An open house at the new facility will be held in October 2012 with details announced in September 2012.
