Summit Management Services, Inc. (SMSI), the leader in student apartment housing, announced a new program that rewards students with higher grade point averages. SMSI will be launching the program at their premier Akron student housing community, EnVision Apartments at The University of Akron, this fall.

The new GPA program will provide students reduced rental rates for higher grade point averages. EnVision Apartments is an upscale apartment community designed for graduate and serious students who wish to live close to campus in ultra-modern, eco-friendly, green-minded living spaces.

"EnVision is serious housing for serious students," stated Herbert Newman, founder of Summit Management Services, Inc. "Rather than long, loud corridors of dormitory style housing, we designed EnVision as a community of small buildings with only 12 units per building. These are the quietest, sound-proof apartments on and off campus."

Construction of EnVision Apartments was completed June 2011 and quickly became the "in" place to live, with 100% occupancy over the past year. EnVision set the bar on upscale student housing with fully furnished, impressive and trendy decor, including granite kitchen and bath surfaces, “Energy-Star” appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, and Cat-6 internet (the fastest internet available). Situated on sprawling, Harvard-style grounds, EnVision is home to an elite community of students.

"EnVision is the perfect solution for students who are looking for the environment of the honors dorm, but with the independence and lower cost of an apartment, just steps from campus," added Newman.
