There will be a special (and brief) demonstration at Surfas Restaurant Supply &Gourmet Food on July 6, 2012 from 10 am to 11 am. The class will be taped by the Huffington Post and thus, will be very limited and likely to cover a couple of the items covered in the June class last month.

About Chef Lisa Morgan: Chef Morgan, a part-time Parisian and part-time Angeleno is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles. She provides private chef and consulting services as well as cooking classes in Los Angeles and France. In 2010, chef Morgan began the successful blog simple pleasures, which was inspired by her students. In 2011, chef Morgan published her first cookbook, Simple Pleasures: fifty-two weeks of turning ordinary ingredients into extraordinary moments.
