Barry Manilow is a legendary solo artist who is best known for songs like "Copacabana", "Could It Be Magic" and "Mandy." He had five albums at the top of the charts in 1978 which has only been accomplished by other great artists such as Bruce Springsteen and Frank Sinatra. Barry also managed to have many hits that reached the top 40 during the 1970's and 1980's. At 69, he looks great for his age and he hasn't lost any energy over the years.
Phish can be seen on July 3rd and 4th at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY (Long Island). This popular jam band took a 5 year break from performing together last decade but they are now back together stronger than ever. Phish never does the same setlist at any of their concerts. Their fans participate in forums and trade recordings of their concerts across the country.
James Taylor will be headlining on July 2, 3 and 4 at the Tanglewood Music Center in Lenox, Massachusetts. James Taylor has won 5 Grammy Awards and in 2000 he was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. He began entertaining all the way back in 1970 and some of his most beloved songs over the years include "Fire and Rain" and "You've Got a Friend." He did a successful co-headlining tour with Carole King a few years ago. Recently, James Taylor has been one of the most requested solo artists due his amazing music style. He is in his mid-60's and fortunately his voice is the same as it was in the 1970's.
