The Napa Sonoma Mexican-American Vintners Association (NSMAVA) will be hosting the 2nd annual community fundraiser at Ceja Vineyards in Carneros on Saturday, August 18, 2012, from 4pm to 7pm. This year’s theme is “Alianzas,” Spanish for alliances.

NSMAVA members Alex Sotelo Cellars, Ceja Vineyards, Delgadillo Cellars, Encanto Vineyards, Maldonado Vineyards, Marita’s Vineyard, Mi Sueño Winery, Renteria Vineyards, Rios Wine Company, Robledo Family Vineyards, Voces Wines and Volcán Cellars invite you to experience the members’ boutique wines paired with exquisite food from renowned Napa and Sonoma restaurants while being serenaded by a strolling mariachi band. There will also be a silent auction to shop for one-of-a-kind offerings such as private dinners and library wines.

Ceja Vineyards is the ideal location to host this historical milestone unifying event. It’s located at 1016 Las Amigas Road, Napa, CA, in the heart of Carneros – midway between Napa and Sonoma Counties. Its breathtaking gardens, views of the Mayacamas Mountains and legendary hospitality welcome you to support NSMAVA’s efforts to raise funds for education. Scholarships will be awarded to qualifying students of Napa Valley College and Santa Rosa Junior College.

“We are proud and thrilled to be on the board of NSMAVA. We have spent countless hours with the founding members to make this dream a reality,” said Pedro Ceja and Rolando Herrera, executive board members of NSMAVA. “Napa Sonoma 'Alianzas' is the must-attend charity wine and food event in Napa and Sonoma Counties. Please join us on this festive occasion and be ready to have fun dancing and singing to the tunes of your favorite mariachi music,” added Ceja.

This is an exclusive wine industry event and tickets are $125 per person. For more information about the NSMAVA and to purchase “Alianzas” tickets visit http://nsmava.org/.
