We are delighted to be working with The Daily Chic to improve the service...
London (PRWEB) July 05, 2012
The Daily Chic was launched in September 2010 by UK Apprentice winner Michelle Dewberry as an aggregator of daily deals for price conscious female shoppers. Dewberry has used her celebrity status and large social media following to build a solid user base for the service, but has been looking for a technology partner to take the platform to the next level. Buyometric – which provides white label daily deal services behind the scenes for a growing list of third party sites - brings the ability to filter and target deals to individual users, and will take over the complete operation of the site from today.
Paul Fisher, CEO and founder of Buyometric, said: "The Daily Chic was the first deals aggregator to launch in the UK, so we are delighted to be able to work with the team to improve the service. The first step will be to implement personalisation and behavioural profiling so that we can better serve the existing users.”
Michelle Dewberry said: “We want to ensure The Daily Chic continues to evolve as a relevant, targeted service to our subscribers whilst remaining at the forefront of the daily deals industry. In Buyometric we have found the perfect business to partner with in order to see this continued growth and continue to provide the best possible experience for our users”
The move comes in the same week that Buyometric signs a similar partnership with another early player in the market - Delightful Offers (delightfuloffers.co.uk). Both partnerships are in line with Buyometric’s strategy to grow quickly through the provision of white label services for existing online brands. The company is already responsible for the operation of Kate Garraway’s goodypass.com, student deal aggregator VouchMANIA.com, HungryDeals.co.uk and a growing list of third party websites and applications.

About The Daily Chic:
In September 2010, former UK apprentice TV star Michelle Dewberry and Co-Founder Vicky Zadeh, launched an automated aggregator for all the best UK group buying and offers-based sites. Pulling together offers from well-known sites such as Groupon, KGB Deals and Wowcher, The Daily Chic was born to stand on top of them as a one-stop shop for daily deals.
By providing a list of all the offers available from all the daily deal sites in one email, The Daily Chic is able to reduce un-necessary inbox clutter leaving its users with more time to sift through the offers and find those hidden gems.
Buyometric (http://www.buyometric.com) is the smarter way to find daily deals – sourcing offers from over 50 national and regional UK deal websites, and summarising them in one personalised email a day.
Obsessed with the individuality of the site’s subscribers, the Buyometric team does absolutely everything it can to work out what users want, from running them through picture quizzes to postcode analysis. The system continuously learns what subscribers want by monitoring their actions on the website and assimilating this into a rich ‘Buyometric’ profile, unique to each user. This obsession is paying off: Buyometric has some of the highest customer engagement figures in the industry, highlighted by its email open rates and sales conversions.
Buyometric also helps its subscribers to get the most out of daily deal sites by assisting with any problems they have buying, or redeeming daily deal vouchers. And, as a result, the company has a growing loyal subscriber base.
The business was launched in October 2010 after founder, Paul Fisher, set out to solve the problem of untargeted deal emails. Buyometric was profitable within eight months of launch and is based near London Bridge.
