US Drug Watchdog Urges Local AV Plaintiffs Attorneys Or Law Firms To Join Their Initiative Aimed At Identifying More Defective Drug Or Medical Device Victims To MDL's

The US Drug Watchdog says, "We are trying to change the Multi District Litigation world by creating a better way to identify victims, and or to increase the number of victims identified to a MDL. Too many US victims of a defective drug, or medical device get left on the curb-holding the bag-with nothing. While MDL's might be an efficient way to handle thousands of cases-again our big worry is they frequently fail to identify most of the victims. We are trying to develop a more efficient way to get the word out to local victims about a defective pharmaceutical product, or a medical device, with a more effective way to get them into a MDL." The US Drug Watchdog believes the efficient-smart way to get more victims identified to a MDL is to build a team of AV rated plaintiffs law firms in each state, that have intake, and case management capabilities, and then develop a public relations plan that is specific to each state, with the goal being-get the word out to victims in that specific state.
