Appoints Carl Smith, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer

In his role, Mr. Smith will oversee all financial operations and reporting at Airclic. Mr. Smith has been a valued strategic and tactical advisor to CEOs and all levels of management with emerging growth companies in various industries, including software and technology.
