The money raised will help fund the educational video on crowdfunding.

In crowdfunding the crowd is the ultimate judge

Rock The Post CEO, Alejandro Cremades launches crowdfunding project as a solution to help save the U.S. economy. Cremades is seeking to raise $4,500 in order to fund the educational video that the company intends to shoot over the course of the summer.

As explained on the project’s page, Cremades will make a humorous, educational video commercial to help spread the word about how crowdfunding can benefit entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, and the U.S. economy.

The project features a self-made, video by Cremades, that comically criticizes the way ideas from small businesses and entrepreneurs are rejected 95% of the time by Venture Capitals and Angel Investors. Cremades pokes fun at the serious and harsh realities of starting a business in our current economic climate. With U.S. banks posting the sharpest decline in issuing loans since 1942, and credit card interest at an all-time high, the community itself is responsible to take the appropriate measures. Cremades proposes crowdfunding as the best tool and solution to open the door for such involvement where the crowd is the judge itself in giving access to capital to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

The campaign will launch today to the general public and runs for a total of 60 days. All donations to the project will be rewarded with gifts such as t-shirts, executive producer credits, tour around Rock The Post office, dinner with Rock The Post team, etc.
