“We are thrilled with our two most recent acquisitions, which enable us to serve a growing number of seniors seeking a fulfilling, independent lifestyle,” said Holiday Retirement CEO Jack R. Callison, Jr. “Holiday Retirement is in a tremendous growth mode, and we warmly welcome our new residents and employees at Alta Mira and The Regent into the Holiday Retirement family.”

Alta Mira (, located at W129 N6889 Northfield Drive in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, opened in 2005 and features 128 individual senior apartments. The community also includes underground parking, a wellness center, a salon, a game room, a fitness center, a library and a business center.

Operating under the Holiday Retirement model, Alta Mira and The Regent will soon provide residents with daily chef-prepared meals made from scratch, two sets of live-in managers available 24/7, complimentary transportation, housekeeping, and a robust schedule of daily senior activities and events.

All services, amenities and virtually all utilities are combined into one month-to-month rent with no buy-in fees required. With Holiday Retirement’s exclusive travel program, residents are also welcome to stay free of charge in fully-furnished guest suites at nearly all other communities.

Independent retirement living is designed for seniors who seek a maintenance-free, socially-engaging and secure lifestyle but do not require around-the-clock assistance with daily activities or skilled nursing. Holiday Retirement does not provide health care services, but residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care providers of their choice.
