Construction is progressing on the first single-family homes in Runaway Bay at Fiddler’s Creek.

Offered by national homebuilder Lennar Homes, Runaway Bay will feature 98 luxury single-family residences situated along The Creek and The Creek Course. Construction commenced on the first homes three months ago and is anticipated for completion around the end of summer.

Runaway Bay will offer four unique floor plans, extensive standard features, ei Plus luxury features package, green features as well as numerous additional options to make your semi-custom home perfect for the Florida lifestyle.

The Bougainvillea is a single-story residence offering 2,800 air-conditioned square feet. The home features three bedrooms, three baths, an expansive great room, study and lanai. The base price of the Bougainvillea is currently $602,990.

The Camellia is a single-story residence encompassing 3,043 air-conditioned square feet. It features four bedrooms, three baths and a study with a base price from $632,990.

The Lantana is a two-story residence offering 3,542 air-conditioned square feet. It has four bedrooms, four baths and a study, plus a bonus room with a base price of $672,990.

The Laurel is a two-story residence encompassing 3,659 air-conditioned square feet. It features three bedrooms, four baths, a large family room, study and lanai, plus a bonus room. The base price of the Laurel is currently $702,990.

Each residence in Runaway Bay will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and will feature concrete tile roofs and brick paver driveways along with a spacious three-car garage.
Interior design features will include travertine flooring, an optional winter kitchen, crown molding, and wood flooring in the den. Additional features include monogram appliances, front load washer and dryer, and a two-level gas heated pool and spa package.
