Leading Edge Design Group (LEDG), a leading national provider of energy optimization services, announced today the start of an energy efficient lighting upgrade at Hypertherm estimated to save 335,639 kilowatt-hours (kWh) annually. The project includes new LED overhead lighting and wireless controls in Hypertherm’s original manufacturing facility located in Hanover, NH. The lighting upgrade supports Hypertherm’s Environmental Stewardship program and will decrease their carbon footprint by 459,993 lbs. per year and reduce the annual utility bill by more than $33,000.
Leading Edge Design Group worked collaboratively with National Grid to help secure $79,137.00 of energy efficiency financial incentives for Hypertherm’s LED lighting upgrade project.
