Customers Offered the Ability to Provide Essential Feedback on Amerinet’s Web-based Tools

Amerinet Inc., a leading national healthcare solutions organization, recently hosted Product Evaluation Labs at the 2012 Amerinet Member Conference. The Product Evaluation Labs afforded Amerinet members and suppliers the opportunity to evaluate a wide range of Amerinet’s web-based tools including Amerinet Member Resources, Amerinet Supplier Resources, Amerinet PathView℠ and the Amerinet Value-Based Purchasing Analyzer℠.

“The Product Evaluation Labs enabled our Information Technology team to take a fact-based, scientific approach for the examination and testing of Amerinet’s web-based tools. Each lab session was custom designed to provide essential feedback in the areas of: Site Design, Navigation, User Interface, Content Organization and Performance,” said Curtis Miller, chief information officer at Amerinet.

Key findings from the Product Evaluation Labs will ultimately lead to enhancing the overall functionality and user experience of Amerinet’s web-based tools.

To evaluate and measure the success of the Product Evaluation Labs, participants were sent a survey. An overwhelming 100 percent of surveyed participants indicated they would participate in the Product Evaluation Lab again if given the chance and they would recommend that a coworker or peer participate as well.

One participant indicated, “It is wonderful that Amerinet is so willing to accept feedback on this tool from its members. Very progressive thinking on their part.”

“The information we gain from our customers in these 30-60 minute lab sessions is invaluable. We are actively reviewing what we learned and making plans to improve the sites and tools based on these constructive insights,” said John Grimm, vice president of information systems and technology at Amerinet. “And the positive survey results demonstrate that Amerinet is fulfilling its commitment to listen, create and deliver unique solutions through performance improvement resources, guidance and ongoing support.”
