Many clients want clarification on a point or ask a 'what if' question about the first night after the consultation...by providing this extra week of email support, parents will have unlimited access to ask questions for the full two weeks.

Sleep Training Solutions, a Chicago-based baby and toddler sleep consulting company, now offers expanded follow-up support and a FAQ information guide for all new consultation clients.

To bridge the gap between the consultation and the follow-up calls, Sleep Training Solutions is now offering email support in addition to the 3 follow-up calls during the first week of training. Founder and President of Sleep Training Solutions, Kim Schaf, said, "Many clients want clarification on a point or ask a 'what if' question about the first night after the consultation...by providing this extra week of email support, parents will have unlimited access to ask questions for the full two weeks."

The investment parents make for the sleep consultation package depends on the age of the child and whether they would like a telephone or an in-home consultation. For parents with babies under 18 months, the follow-up support will include 3 follow-up phone calls and 2 weeks of unlimited email support. An additional week of unlimited email support will be added to all consultation packages for children 18 months and older.

In response to parents’ questions about what happens after their children are sleeping through the night and taking consistent naps, Schaf developed a 25-page FAQ Information Guide and all new consultation clients will receive a copy for reference. Topics discussed include:

  •     Common regressions (illness, teething, developmental milestones, travel)
  •     Daylight Savings Time
  •     Nap transitions
  •     Nightmares and night terrors
  •     Recommendations and reviews for books on big bed transitions, bad dreams and bedtime storybooks for toddlers and preschoolers
  •     Swaddling
  •     Foods that promote sleep
  •     Choosing the right mattress for your child

“I work so closely with each and every family to solve their current sleep issues, and I want to them to feel confident that they have the information they need that will help them through potentially troubling spots in the future,” says Schaf. “The information guide that I created addresses the questions that have most frequently been asked by past clients and also is a resource for other sleep-related topics including recommended books and how to choose a mattress for a child.”

To schedule a complimentary 15-minute telephone evaluation to see if a consultation if right for your family, please email Schaf at Kim(at)SleepTrainingSolutions(dot)com.
