Ms. Scott is a partner at the law firm of Williams Mullen. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Ms. Scott defends financial institutions in fiduciary duty claims arising out of the administration of trusts and estates, and manufacturers and long term care providers in wrongful death, serious personal injury and complex business litigation. With 25 years of litigation experience and 15 years of experience as a mediator, Ms. Scott helps businesses in an effort to minimize their exposure to liability by selecting the best and most cost effective forum to resolve their disputes, whether through mediation, arbitration or jury trial. As chair of the Williams Mullen Women's Initiative, Ms. Scott also serves as a liaison member of the firm's Board of Directors.
