LearnSomething, the leading provider of online education for retail pharmacies, announces the release of “Patient Engagement Skills for Pharmacy Staff.” The course, available with CPE, supports the pharmacy professional’s ability to provide patients with in-store counseling and can be included in curriculum for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) training.
