Tegile Systems Showcasing its Zebi Arrays at upcoming BriForum

Tegile Systems, a pioneer in primary storage de-duplication in virtualized server and desktop environments, today announced that it is a silver sponsor exhibiting its Zebi storage arrays at the upcoming BriForum, July 24 – 26, 2012 at the McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago.

Recently honored as a Red Herring Top 100 North America Tech Startup, Tegile Systems will be exhibiting its storage system that balances the speed of SSD drives with the capacity and cost-effectiveness of hard disk storage. Zebi Arrays enable IT professionals to optimize the cost structure and performance of virtual desktop environments. Tegile supports desktop virtualization projects with newer technology solutions that are built for the I/O load created by hundreds or thousands of virtual desktops. During the event, attendees will be able to interact with Tegile’s arrays in the Demo Lab, where the company will have a hands-on, working demonstration.

About Tegile Systems
Tegile Systems is pioneering a new generation of enterprise storage arrays that balance performance, capacity, features and price for virtualization, file services and database applications. Tegile’s Zebi line of hybrid storage arrays is significantly faster than all hard disk-based arrays and significantly less expensive than all solid-state disk-based arrays. Featuring both NAS and SAN connectivity, they are easy-to-use, fully redundant, and highly scalable. Additionally, they come complete with built-in auto-snapshot, auto-replication, near-instant recovery, onsite or offsite failover, and virtualization management features. Tegile’s patent-pending MASS technology accelerates the Zebi’s performance and enables on-the-fly de-duplication and compression of data so each Zebi has a usable capacity far greater than its raw capacity.
