We are dedicated to educating the generations destined to build Zion, save the constitution, and proclaim the truth by building a foundation of knowledge through an educational system that places God and correct principles into every academic subject.

Mesa, AZ (PRWEB) July 12, 2012

Glenn J. Kimber Academy is pleased to announce that they will be opening a new school located in Mesa, Arizona, and is now accepting enrollment for classes beginning in the Fall of 2012.

The Glenn J. Kimber Academy is a private K-12 faith based, multi denominational school. They provide students with a positive, moral and patriotic environment in which they can learn spiritually as well as academically in all subjects. The founder of the school, Glenn J. Kimber, said “We are dedicated to educating the generations destined to build Zion, save the constitution, and proclaim the truth by building a foundation of knowledge through an educational system that places God and correct principles into every academic subject.”

The three main educational goals at Kimber Academy for their students are to:

  •     Build a testimony of the importance of doing good in all things with dignity and honor
  •     Gain knowledge of the five main academic subjects based on principles of truth
  •     Use their knowledge to serve others

According to the owner of Kimber’s new Mesa location, Nancy Genys, “I saw a need for a school in this community, in which students were not subject to the mainstream curriculum that is mandated to be taught in the public schools. We teach our students with an emphasis on God, Family and Country, and encourage them to maintain a high degree of morality, dignity and spirituality. I’m concerned about the blatant lack of modesty in the performing arts as well, and would like to teach students that it is not necessary to compromise modesty to realize success.” Genys went on to say that the average student enrolled in a Kimber Academy graduates with a high school diploma at age 15 and a half.

Genys also emphasizes the importance of parents enrolling their students now, as the Fall schedule begins on September 4, 2012.

The new location of Kimber Academy offers students the opportunity take part in performing arts courses (both auditioned and non-auditioned). The Talent Team covers a broad spectrum of classes including dance, acting, musical instruments and vocal skills training. There is also a host of other elective courses offered, such as sewing, karate, gardening, cooking, Spanish, business, leadership and many more.

There are currently four Kimber Academies in operation, with plans for future openings in Las Vegas, California, Utah, Virginia and Colorado.
