RMI Management (RMI), a FirstService Residential Management company and Nevada’s largest community management company, announced that Phil Crapo was awarded the Large-Scale Manager (LSM) designation by the Community Association Institute (CAI). He is one of only four community managers in Nevada to receive this designation.
Crapo, LSM, has been with RMI since 2007 and has many years of experience managing active adult and large-scale properties.
“Phil is a dedicated community manager who understands the complexities of large scale associations,” said Steven Parker, president of RMI. “He has certainly earned this designation and we congratulate him for doing so. Our clients are the ones that truly benefit from Phil’s expertise.”
In order to receive the LSM designation, managers must maintain an active professional community association manager (PCAM) designation, have at least 10 years of community association management experience and at least five years of large-scale community management experience. Additionally, continuing education courses must be completed every three years to maintain the LSM designation.
