LivingSenior.com announces their new article series to appear on their site this week. This article series will focus on current affairs, political issues and current news in senior living and how it affects the Baby Boomer, affectionately referred to as the Golden Boomers or Silver Tsunami, generation.

“The focus of each daily article will be on a particular topic in senior health care, senior living and senior news. The concept is to bring readers the latest in senior news while offering guides to topics being discussed. If a reader finds an article about health care reform news in our series and how it affects the Baby Boomer generation, then you can immediately go to one of our related blog posts, articles, about guides or how-to guides to find out more,” says James Connolly.

The series, which starts the week of July 9, 2012, will kick off with information regarding the rising issues and violations within nursing home facilities. Though this bit of news is distubring, the content staff of LivingSenior.com hopes that readers will find recent blog posts concerning nursing home violations, how to report violations and how to avoid violations to be the next step in self awareness and education.

“We offer so many blogs, articles and other resources on the site that it may be a bit much for a reader who is seeking information on a specific topic. With this series we hope to guide them to other related information on the site. The end result, ideally, would be a reader who has little prior knowledge on the subject walking away with a solid point of reference they can apply to their own personal issues,” says content manager Megan Coogle.

This is the first in a set of expansion and series options that LivingSenior.com will offer their readers in coming months. For more information on upcoming series, senior related YouTube videos and other expansion at LivingSenior you can follow them @LivingSenior on Twitter or by adding them to your Google+ senior living circle.
