L-Train Media is pleased to have the rare honor and distinction to present the multi-talented singer and song writer, Ehikwe - pronounced- "A –he- kway.” Born in Nigeria to a Nigerian father and an Indian mother, Ehikwe moved with both parents to the city of Toronto at the early age of 5.
With her passion for music and the arts clearly manifested and demonstrated in all her early childhood activities, she was armed with the germane nurturance and encouragement that helped her to work tirelessly in the mastery and delivery of her skills and talents. If Ehikwe had before now believed that success comes in slow creeping tempo, today, L- Train Media, is proud to announce without fear of contradiction, that her belief has recently been overtaken by events. For example, this up-and-coming artist, undoubtedly, one of the most diverse songstresses of recent times, has been fortunate to team up with Grammy Award winning mogul/rapper, Jay-Z, for her debut video, "Glory Remix," a remix of the Jay-Z recent hit song, “Glory.” Click here to watch video:
Utilizing the production from Pharrell, of the legendary production duo, “The Neptunes,” this video showcases a glimpse of her beauty and vocal quality. And, that is only a mere highlight of what, according to industry insiders are saying, is the next "Beyonce" of R&B. Click here to watch the video:
Rumor actually has it that the Roc Nation label, headed and owned by Jay-Z himself, is in the works to sign Ehikwe to his Roc Nation label, in its current roster includes: J-Cole, Willow Smith, Rita Ora, and Jay Electronica - to name just a few.
Her current hit, “Let You Go,” is steaming up the Toronto radio charts. Click here to listen
Does Ehikwe still believe that success comes slowly? All she is saying now is:
“I have been blessed with a wonderful gift to sing and write. I want to share this gift of something new and different with the world” - Ehikwe.
