The system will enable the member libraries to provide content, media and unify communications to the library patrons. Westchester County residents will begin to see the new displays as they are placed in the libraries. Displays are currently implemented at the Field Library in Peekskill and the Larchmont Public Library. The New Rochelle Public Library and North Castle Public Library are in the early stages of system implementation.
This system will enable the Westchester Library System and member libraries to reach 400,000 card users with a unified voice.
“The Gallery System will permit the member libraries to publicize all the wonderful programs and services available to the public”, said Dr. Terry Kirchner, Executive Director of the Westchester Library System.
Bernie Feuer, President of Video Marketing Systems, stated: “We are proud and honored that our Gallery ™ Digital Signage will be located throughout the member libraries of the Westchester Library System and will help present all that the member libraries offer to the residents of Westchester County.”
