The interest list for Santa Rita has been growing since early May, but interested parties may still add their names to the waiting list or seek pre-qualification by visiting Santa Rita’s or any neighborhood’s sales center, said Melissa Hazlett, sales and marketing manager for Baldwin and Sons.
“We give first preference to those on the interest list,” Hazlett said. “This becomes very important when phases are selling out before the homes are even built, which is what happened with the last phase release of the Villas de Avila, a neighborhood of attached homes also here in Otay Ranch.”
