Empire Title customers seeing up to $20K+ incentives for sellers, even quicker turnaround times and increased closing ratios on short sale real estate transactions.

This success story, along with many others, have resulted in over $100K in planned seller incentives over the summer.

Clients are also seeing well above an 80% closing ratio and quicker response times on files.
