We engage customers and give them the opportunity to visualize their landscaping project before they buy.
Youngstown, OH (PRWEB) July 12, 2012
Youngstown-based Visual Impact Imaging (vii) released its new web-based version of its dynamic landscape design software. The online design application is named “Earthscapes Online” and will serve as another powerful landscape tool that sells more projects within both the professional landscape market and even more diverse lawn and garden industry. The launch of this new interactive web based program re-positions Visual Impact Imaging from a “software-only’ solution for landscape design professionals, to an interactive tool that millions of customers of lawn and garden retailers and suppliers can use.
Visual Impact Imaging started selling its flexible landscape design tool software, including photo imaging and site plan designer (CAD) applications, to landscape professionals since its inception in 1995. Anne Behner, Visual Impact Imaging’s Chief Operating Officer said, “The launch of our new web-based application will reposition the company for dynamic growth”.
Donald G. Morrison, CEO, added, “The launch of Earthscapes Online significantly broadens our customer base as well as synchronizes our business model with major technology trends and consumer preferences. We have gone from a static landscape software solution for a few users, to a dynamic, web-based, mobile-friendly design tool that millions can use.”
Behner and Morrison agree Earthscapes Online will change the shopping habits of consumers in the lawn and garden space due to its highly personalized and customized focus. “We engage customers and give them the opportunity to visualize their landscaping project before they buy. By linking our application directly to the retailer’s e-commerce site, a complicated shopping and purchasing process is reduced to a few clicks. We believe retailers who give their customer’s a great experience will be rewarded with higher sales and more brand loyalty,” Behner added.
Visual Impact Imaging will be featuring its new design application tool at the OFA show, an upcoming horticulture industry trade show, and is in discussions with a major lawn and garden retailer. More information: http://www.visualimpactimaging.com/EarthscapesOnline
