Though final phase of the installation was originally slated for completion by June 1st, Catalyst’s project team efficiently streamlined the process, finishing construction a full three weeks ahead of schedule. A grand opening for the new facility attended by TCF Bank executives and the Governor of South Dakota, Dennis Daugaard, was held May 8th.
