Webinar to highlight techniques for recruiting, retaining insurance agency producers

Insurance software company Applied Systems today announced it will sponsor the online event “Attracting and Retaining Producer Talent.” The webinar will be the third in the company’s "Seminars for Success” series, which features leading insurance agencies and highlights industry best practices and strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability for agencies and brokerages.

Scheduled for 1 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, July 19, the webinar features agent Lynne L. Wallace, president of VANTREO Insurance Brokerage based in Santa Rosa, Calif. Wallace will highlight her agency’s best practices for recruiting talented employees as well as methods for cultivating employee skills. Registration is required.

Applied Systems said the "Seminars for Success" series provides information insurance organizations can use to manage clients and policies in a consistent manner to minimize risk, reduce operating expenses, improve customer retention, and drive sustainable growth and profitability. The series will run through November. Webinars are broadcast live at 1 p.m. Central Time on the third Thursday of each month, and on-demand recordings are available.
