Taking up the role as director of client services, Caudell will develop relationships and oversee brand management with banks across the United States. He will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives and developing opportunities to deliver a broader spectrum of branding to set our clients apart.
Prior to FMS, Caudell worked client side in the banking industry, and after exposure to FMS he realized the career path he wanted to pursue. For more than 30 years, Caudell has influenced the banking world, serving as President and CEO of three community banks. His expertise includes leadership and collaboration, brand integration and numerous marketing oversight capabilities from print to digital. Caudell brings with him diverse external and internal branding experience and a relentless passion for providing the best possible customer experience.
