We believe that vitamins alone will not make Canadians healthier. That’s why we support amateur athletics aimed at getting Canadians of every age and fitness background participating in an active lifestyle.

There is no magic pill or vitamin that can make you healthy. It is a lifestyle that includes fresh fruits and vegetables, avoiding processed foods and being active on a regular basis. That’s why Adult Essentials is hitting the road this summer in support of amateur athletics.
Catch Adult Essentials at the West Coast MultiSport Canada races in Western Canada. The West Coast races features a series of Tri-It Triathlons aimed at beginner athletes intended to encourage Canadians to ‘tri’ a triathlon.
The series started back in April and events continue through July and August and into September in Calgary, Edmonton, Camrose, Saskatoon and Vancouver. Check the race schedule for specific dates and locations! Adult Essentials is also proud to be the Presenting Sponsor for The Island Girl Half Marathon in Toronto.
“We believe that vitamins alone will not make Canadians healthier,” says Stuart Lowther, founder and CEO of Life Science Nutritionals, the makers of Adult Essentials adult gummy vitamins. “That’s why we support amateur athletics aimed at getting Canadians of every age and fitness background participating in an active lifestyle.”
That’s also why the Adult Essential web site features broad range of http:// health and fitness articles, from how to make healthier food choices to tips on maintaining an active lifestyle despite a hectic work and family schedule to how an Omega 3 supplement can help support their overall health.
“Our message to Canadians is to make their health a priority,” says Lowther who himself finds time to fit running and biking in even when his travel schedule takes him all over the world. “When it comes down to it, health is the only thing that is important because when it’s gone, nothing else matters.”
Adult Essentials founder Stuart Lowther and his wife, Deborah Lowther, participate along with their whole family in many of the events they sponsor, including running both the Moon in June and Meredith Hagen’s Run.
“Many of the events we sponsor have a walk/run event to encourage adults of every skill level to get out and participate,” says Deborah Lowther, Event Coordinator with Life Science Nutritionals who herself has started over walking and running after knee surgery and having her 3 children.
“We hope we can encourage more adults to get active and stay healthy.”
