Pet owners in and around Austin, Texas will be pleased to learn about a new animal clinic in Austin. The recently opened full-service Firehouse Animal Health Center is conveniently located in Davenport Village off 360 West/Capital of Texas Hwy.

The Austin vet clinic was established by Dr. John Faught and Dr. Jed Rogers with the goal of providing a comfortable and effective treatment environment for patients and patients' owners. The services provided by the new facility include general health examinations, diagnostic care, surgical treatments, vaccinations, dietary counseling, and dental care. Treatment for injury and disease is also available.

Firehouse Animal Health Center is a 5,400 square-foot facility that was designed to make the veterinary experience less stressful for pets and owners. For owners, the waiting room provides local art and Austin Java coffee. For pets, there are separate exam rooms for cats and dogs, state-of-the-art equipment for all pet patients, and excellent insulation throughout the facility that creates a sound-friendly environment for pets.

The first Firehouse Animal Health Center was built near downtown Denver, Colorado in 2004 by Dr. Jed Rogers, and quickly became a fixture in the neighborhood. In 2010, Dr. Faught met Dr. Rogers, and they discovered a shared vision of building a service-oriented veterinary hospital in the Austin area. The 5,400 square foot hospital is designed with the comfort of both patients and clients in mind.
