London, England (PRWEB) July 14, 2012
Puration UK PLC, (http://www.purationuk.com) a distributor of a Filtered Water Bottles announced the formation of its 2012-2013 Board of Directors.
The candidates are as follows;
- CJ Comu – Chairman of the Board
- Mervyn Price – Director and Treasurer
- Bernard Hamilton – Director and Secretary
- Nigel Follett – Director and the Company CEO
- Geoff Taylor – Director and Special Advisor
Puration UK PLC offer a ‘Filtered Water Bottle’ which removes impurities, such as chlorine, bacteria and spores; typically found in public water systems. Now individual consumers across the UK and can soon purchase a single bottle which can supply an equivalent of 400 pre-packaged bottles of water. The economic impact of consumers purchasing four hundred bottles of water Vs one Puration bottle speaks volumes from an ecological perspective. Another socially redeeming quality is that society throws away approximately 1,000,000 plastic water bottles into a landfill – every hour (the sad part is these are not bio-degradable and they damage the earth). The Filter2Go sports bottle is bio-degradable.
Puration UK PLC is exclusively represented by Regus Advisors Inc. as its Investment Banker, to negotiate, establish and build international licensing agreements for the manufacture and sale of Filter2Go products, of which the UK license is the second of such, the first one being established in Canada.
A recent and valuable addition to the board and operating team of Puration UK is Geoff Taylor. Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has an exceptional career in growing start-ups. Geoff currently also owns a successful Land and Property development Company mainly operating East of The City of London, he is also a co-owner of a highly profitable electronic components Distributor in Wokingham.
Mervyn Price, Director and Treasurer of Puration UK PLC, stated, “Geoff and I have been close colleagues for over two and a half decades, and he mentored me when we were founders of Kudos and Amega. During this period I worked with Geoff to successfully build two of the most formative semiconductor distribution companies in Europe. Geoff has proven and measureable experience and brings a huge and valuable network of investors and business contacts with him.
