Dr. David Forbes, CEO of Forbes Consulting Group, will present a new award-winning mobile market research technology, MindSight(R) Mobile, used to identify the emotional drivers of customer visit experiences at an internationally recognized coffee and donut retailer. The study was conducted at two franchise locations – one experiencing strong, growing sales, the other experiencing declining sales.
