ExtreME Bootcamp is a high-intensity cardio workout that tests and challenges physical endurance and strength. Taking other bootcamp workouts to the next level, ExtreME Bootcamp was developed to help members shed pounds as their intensity level increases. It combines the latest intense training workout Tabatha with the more traditional bootcamp style. Tabatha is an exercise sequence performed at four-minute intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of recovery.
